Tis’ Almost the Season!

I just can’t help myself! I have had an ongoing love affair with the holiday season my entire life. There is something about the crisp autumn mornings that makes me want to deck the halls. It’s not that I don’t enjoy each holiday as they come, I do! But I must confess…I enjoy November 1st…

Our Bowl Runnith Over!

There are some things in life that should not change. For example, the toilet. If you really think about it, the toilet is an interesting commodity. Everyone has to … you know… go. I got thinking about this today while I was running on the rail trail. No, I didn’t have to go….  Connor called…

If you give a mouse a cookie syndrome..

I have said this before and I will say it again… Egidio is the hardest working man I know. He truly is. My family can’t get over the drive and work ethic that this man has. With that being said, and I say this with love… there is something just a little off with him.…

families that play together stay together..

I love this family of ours. Over the past few years we have done some amazing things together. Some all work , some all play, and some… a combination of the two. This past summer most of the Tinti/Ball family competed in the Kingston Triathlon. Just for fun… kind of. Those of you who know…

That Damn Dog!

This is Daphne… we love Daphne, we really do. A little background on Daphne… I wanted to get my kids a dog. All kids should have the experience of loving and caring for a dog, a cat, something. My entire life I have had a dog. At one point I had four dogs. I have…

Hey Boo Boo!

We made it through the race and were able to get moved into the farm on time. Our first official night there we lost power. Now, losing power at the farm is a little different than losing power in the city of Kingston. I spent the first 47 years of my life living in Kingston…

The Great Race!

We bought the farm in mid August. That gave us three weeks to get the house semi-renovated and me and my kids moved in before school started. Egidio took several days off from work at KPD and he worked at the farm around the clock. I have never seen anyone who works like him! He…

We Bought The Farm!

After many many weekends of driving around the area looking at different properties, we decided to check out this one farm that we kept passing. It was way over our budget… but what the heck, can’t hurt to look right??  A 125 acre working dairy farm…. there was no way we were doing cows!  And…
